Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global retail education strategy for Fragrance, with a particular focus on blended learning formats and deployment across all distribution channels.
- Design, implement and continuously improve learning programs that integrate omnichannel retail, client data and retail performance metrics to maximise commercial impact.
- Drive innovation in learning formats (trainingtainment, digital modules, workshops, masterclasses) to reinforce brand desirability and distinctiveness.
- Own the Parfums career path: develop role progression frameworks, certification programmes and competency models for specialists and experts across markets.
- Animate and upskill the Fragrance Specialists community through regional workshops (c.3/year), remote sessions and certification milestones.
- Develop guidelines and client-facing scenarios for in-store and online services, contributing to business development initiatives (Masterclasses, merchandising of service features).
- Lead and evolve the Fragrance Pros teams in major markets, aligning objectives with Maison needs and market dynamics.
- Manage and certify the community of trainers (formateurs) and represent the category during the international seminar.
- Manage a small central team (2 direct reports) and steward cross-functional stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Markets and Category teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or diploma from an engineering or business school (or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in cosmetics or beauty, ideally within a luxury brand, including people management responsibility.
- Proven experience piloting the fragrance category at an international level or leading global learning programmes for a prestige beauty business.
- Deep expertise in perfume product knowledge, retail selling and learning design (conception, measurement and deployment).
- Strong strategic vision, exemplary leadership and proven ability to manage cross-market stakeholders and change.
- Fluency in English and French (both required).

Minimum 10 years' experience in the cosmetics/beauty sector, ideally within a luxury environment, with significant international exposure and proven managerial experience; demonstrable background in managing fragrance category initiatives or global retail learning programmes.
Education
