Christian Dior Couture seeks a Head of Private Client Relations, Europe in Paris — lead top‑client strategy and uberluxury revenue across Haute Couture and High Jewellery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the annual European top‑client revenue ambition and lead the uberluxury client strategy across Haute Couture, High Jewellery and high‑end categories.
  • Set and drive portfolio governance, segmentation and disciplined ownership of the European top‑client book in partnership with regional marketing and retail teams.
  • Define recruitment targets and deploy acquisition strategies to recruit strategic ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients across priority markets.
  • Develop and manage selective third‑party partnerships that unlock access to UHNW client communities, with measurable recruitment and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of High End Events to align event invitations, sales ambitions and post‑event conversion plans with portfolio strategy.
  • Monitor top‑client performance, implement structured action plans with market teams and report on commercial KPIs and revenue outcomes.
  • Act as senior ambassador for the Maison across key European capitals, hosting select clients and maintaining visibility within cultural, philanthropic and luxury ecosystems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in uberluxury retail, private client leadership, high‑end PR or related ecosystems; 12+ years strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of generating and owning significant revenue growth within top‑client segments (Haute Couture, High Jewellery or equivalent).
  • Established and active portfolio of UHNW relationships across Europe with demonstrable acquisition outcomes.
  • Documented experience building and governing high‑value third‑party partnerships that convert into client recruitment and sales.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with proven capability to host, influence and retain senior clientele and philanthropic/cultural stakeholders.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in additional European languages is required or strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across European capitals and to be based in Europe.
