Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Head of Food & Beverage Europe (temporary, 3 months). Lead luxury hospitality operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure operational oversight of all F&B establishments and guarantee adherence to Dior standards across Europe
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all hospitality venues; identify operational dysfunctions and coordinate remedial action plans
- Serve as primary liaison between the Food & Beverage department and critical headquarters functions (Retail, Clienteling, Marketing, Communications, HR, IT, Finance)
- Interface between Retail teams, external operators, and headquarters to ensure seamless integration of F&B initiatives with broader brand strategy
- Collaborate with central and regional teams to implement best practices in luxury hospitality management and ensure consistent guest experience
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance overall customer experience, emphasizing impeccable service, distinctive culinary offerings, and aesthetic ambiance reflecting Dior's luxury identity
- Oversee menu development and modifications during seasonal transitions; monitor service quality and consistency across locations
- Manage VIP guest requests and gather client feedback to inform service enhancements
- Develop synergies between Retail and Food & Beverage operations to maximize commercial performance
- Challenge operators on commercial targets, service quality, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Serve as liaison for Licence IV compliance and ensure adherence to Maison procedures and local regulatory requirements
- Support special events and projects impacting F&B operations; anticipate and plan enhanced service delivery for Dior launches and high-profile visits
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all venues
- Develop and manage annual budgets for all hospitality operations; implement cost control measures without compromising quality or guest experience
- Analyze financial reports and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize commercial performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality management
- Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory role overseeing multi-site F&B operations
- Demonstrated expertise in managing restaurants, cafés, or high-end hotel F&B departments, preferably within luxury or fashion industries
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, foster operational excellence, and achieve financial objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and innovative approach to operational challenges
- Deep understanding of luxury market positioning, guest expectations, and European service standards
- Demonstrated experience within multinational enterprises (preferred)
- Flexibility to travel throughout Europe as required
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing multi-unit Food & Beverage operations. Prior experience within multinational luxury or fashion enterprises, coupled with demonstrated success managing high-end restaurant, café, and hotel hospitality departments, is essential. International exposure and familiarity with European hospitality standards and guest behavior are expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related hospitality discipline.
