Christian Dior Couture seeks Head of Food & Beverage Europe to oversee luxury hospitality operations across five European establishments in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure operational oversight of all F&B establishments and guarantee adherence to Dior standards, including compliance with local health, safety and hygiene regulations across all venues
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all hospitality venues; identify operational shortcomings and coordinate corrective action plans with regular follow-up
- Serve as primary liaison between the Food & Beverage department and critical functions at headquarters including Retail, Clienteling, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, IT and Finance to ensure harmonious integration of F&B initiatives with broader brand strategy
- Interface between Retail teams, external operators and headquarters; collaborate with central and regional teams to implement best practices in luxury hospitality management and ensure consistency of guest experience
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, focusing on impeccable service, distinctive culinary offerings and ambiance reflecting Dior's luxury aesthetic
- Support special events and strategic initiatives impacting F&B operations; remain informed of special occasions, Dior launches and high-profile visits to anticipate and plan enhanced service requirements
- Monitor menu changes and coordinate execution; ensure consistency in point-of-sale quality and guest experience delivery
- Develop synergies between Retail and Food & Beverage teams; challenge operators on commercial performance, service quality and customer experience
- Develop and manage annual budgets for all hospitality operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing profitability; implement cost control measures without compromising quality or guest experience
- Analyze financial reports and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize commercial performance
- Act as relay for License IV holder compliance; ensure adherence to Maison procedures and regulatory requirements; escalate operational alerts and monitor resolution
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Minimum 8–10 years of luxury hospitality management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-site Food & Beverage operations
- Demonstrated experience managing restaurants, cafés or F&B departments within high-end hotels, preferably within luxury or fashion sectors
- CRM platform proficiency
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, foster operational excellence and achieve financial objectives
- Deep understanding of the luxury market, customer expectations and European service standards; solid knowledge of European F&B customer behavior and local hospitality landscape
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and innovative approach to challenges
- Solid leadership competencies essential to motivate and engage a diverse team, combined with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- International experience within multinational organizations is advantageous
- Flexibility to travel as required

Education
