Christian Dior Couture seeks a Head of Enterprise Architecture in Paris to lead IT transformation strategy and governance within LVMH's luxury fashion operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, target information system vision, and transformation trajectories in alignment with business priorities and LVMH Group standards
  • Ensure architectural coherence across programs and projects by aligning business capabilities, processes, data, applications, and technologies
  • Lead strategic studies and support architecture decisions by producing analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to inform executive decision-making
  • Develop and evolve architecture frameworks, standards, governance models, and IT system cartographies
  • Manage the Enterprise Architecture team and animate the community of architects to build capabilities, harmonize practices, and disseminate best practices
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement, particularly regarding generative AI and agentic AI applications to enterprise architecture, while maintaining alignment with LVMH Group standards

Qualifications

  • Confirmed experience in Enterprise Architecture within complex, international, and transformational environments
  • Significant experience managing architecture teams and leading communities of technical experts
  • Solid expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, IT governance, application architecture, data architecture, systems integration, and IT transformation
  • Experience defining transformation roadmaps, architecture frameworks, and governance models
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop scenarios addressing complex, multidimensional constraints (organizational, temporal, economic)
  • Ability to engage effectively with C-suite, executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and Group-level leadership
  • Strategic vision, leadership presence, influence, executive communication skills, and sound decision-making judgment
  • Demonstrated interest in innovation, continuous improvement, and applications of generative AI and agentic AI in enterprise architecture
  • Fluent English with daily use in an international environment, both verbal (presentations, meetings, diverse stakeholder interactions) and written
