Role & Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Dior's global digital acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, and emerging acquisition channels
- Establish acquisition priorities, frameworks, and performance objectives aligned with business goals
- Partner with regional teams to drive traffic growth, efficiency, and acquisition performance
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition effectiveness across markets
- Define global best practices, governance, and operating models across paid search and mid-to-lower funnel paid social
- Partner with regions and agencies to improve campaign effectiveness, audience strategies, bidding approaches, and media efficiency
- Support adoption of new media capabilities, platform features, and acquisition opportunities
- Own the global measurement and attribution framework for digital acquisition activities
- Define standards and best practices across reporting, attribution, incrementality, and performance evaluation
- Monitor acquisition trends, traffic evolution, channel dynamics, and emerging consumer behaviours
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for regional and global teams
- Support development of acquisition capabilities across regional teams and facilitate knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac +5) from a business school or commerce institution with specialisation in E-commerce, Digital & Omnichannel
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital acquisition, media strategy, and performance marketing
- Deep expertise in paid search, paid social, attribution, and traffic measurement
- Experience operating in complex global or multi-market organisations
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Proven ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across matrix organisations

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital acquisition, media strategy, and performance marketing, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex global or multi-market digital initiatives.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) from a recognised business school or commerce institution, preferably with specialisation in E-commerce, Digital & Omnichannel.
