Dior seeks an experienced Head of Digital Acquisition in Paris to lead global strategy for paid media, attribution, and performance measurement across markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Dior's global digital acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, and emerging acquisition channels
- Establish acquisition priorities, frameworks, and performance objectives aligned with business goals
- Partner with regional teams to drive traffic growth, efficiency, and acquisition performance
- Define global best practices, governance, and operating models across paid search and mid-to-lower funnel paid social
- Own the global measurement and attribution framework for digital acquisition activities
- Define standards and best practices across reporting, attribution, incrementality, and performance evaluation
- Monitor acquisition trends, traffic evolution, channel dynamics, and emerging consumer behaviours
- Support the development of acquisition capabilities across regional teams
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and cross-market collaboration
Qualifications
- Diploma from a higher education institution (Bac +5 equivalent) such as a business school, with specialisation in E-commerce, Digital & Omnichannel
- Strong expertise in digital acquisition, media strategy, and performance marketing
- Deep understanding of paid search, paid social, attribution, and traffic measurement
- Experience operating in complex global or multi-market organisations
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and strategic leadership skills

Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing, or related disciplines, with demonstrated expertise in leading global or multi-market digital strategies and driving cross-functional alignment within complex organisations.
Education
Diploma from a higher education institution (Bac +5 equivalent), typically a business school or equivalent, with specialisation in e-commerce, digital marketing, or omnichannel strategy.
