Dior Couture seeks Head of Client Insights & Activations in Paris. Lead CRM strategy, analytics, and omnichannel activations. Senior luxury role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the integrated strategy for Insights and Activations pillars across Dior Couture, building a connected operating model that links insight generation to activation planning and performance optimization
- Oversee the Client Insights agenda, including behavioral analyses, segmentation, lifecycle management, retention, recruitment, value development, and loyalty trends; drive data-informed decision-making across the organization
- Manage a Client Insight Manager and collaborate with Client Data Analysts to develop compelling business narratives from client data and build self-service dashboards and visualizations for stakeholder use
- Consolidate omnichannel activation calendars across commercial moments, launches, and seasonal priorities, partnering cross-functionally with clienteling, events, hospitality, media, e-commerce, and client services teams
- Oversee a team of 10+ professionals managing the one-to-many client engagement factory (email, messaging apps, social CRM); define operations at scale with integrated support from content, e-commerce, and product teams
- Strategize lifecycle management journeys, triggers, and automations; drive innovation in channel strategy and orchestration while preserving brand exclusivity and managing commercial pressure
- Lead omnichannel orchestration by coordinating end-to-end activation planning from audience definition through deployment and measurement, working closely with retail, events, clienteling, and regional teams
- Manage budgets, hybrid teams of internal staff and external consultants, and exercise strategic influence over senior stakeholders and IT roadmaps for CRM technology enablement
Qualifications
- 10+ years of combined experience in insights, client analytics, strategy consulting, and client activation/campaign management/CRM functions
- Proven experience in the luxury, fashion, beauty, retail, or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated expertise managing budgets and hybrid teams with internal and external consultants
- Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with CRM suites (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze or similar platforms)
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities
- Strategic, rigorous, and highly collaborative leadership approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (mandatory)

Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, combining roles in client insights, analytics, strategy, or consulting with hands-on experience in client activation, campaign management, and CRM operations. Proven track record of managing large, hybrid teams and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in luxury, fashion, beauty, retail, or hospitality environments. International experience and consulting background are valued but not mandatory.
Education
Graduate degree from a top-tier Business or Engineering school with a background in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
