Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive fabric specifications and fitting boards documentation
  • Coordinate collection lookbooks with the design team
  • Organize and maintain collection garment rails
  • Develop colour ranges for seasonal collections
  • Assist in organizing fabric presentations and meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Track receipt and logistics of textile shipments
  • Monitor collection information including delivery dates and fabric references
  • Receive and catalog fabric sample bundles and swatches
  • Support daily team activities and administrative functions
  • Maintain the fabric library and textile archive systems
  • Participate in supplier meetings and presentations
  • Manage DHL shipment tracking and documentation

Qualifications
