Guest Relations Intern at Christian Dior Couture, London—full-time boutique host position on New Bond Street.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each customer entering the boutique and maintain 100% recognition of regular customers and VIPs
- Understand customer needs and orient them throughout the boutique
- Act as a brand ambassador, explaining the boutique's organization, history, and collections
- Assist customers with personalized services and respond promptly to all requests
- Remember customer preferences and special needs for future interactions
- Maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Present an immaculately groomed and dressed appearance
- Learn appropriate etiquette and manners for every conceivable situation
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all customer expectations are exceeded
- Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy regarding customer information
- Carry out additional duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a host in a luxury, fast-paced environment or equivalent high-end hospitality background
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
