Christian Dior Couture — London: Guest Relations Intern to support boutique host and client services, 6‑month on‑site internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome every client entering the boutique, ensuring accurate recognition of regular customers and VIPs.
- Orientate clients within the boutique and understand their needs to facilitate an exceptional shopping journey.
- Act as an ambassador for the House, communicating Dior’s heritage, artistic codes and product story with authority and tact.
- Provide personalised services, respond promptly to client requests and support the sales team to meet customer expectations.
- Anticipate and remember clients’ preferences and special requirements to deliver tailored experiences.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and boutique interactions.
- Uphold immaculate personal presentation and adopt the highest standards of manners and professional conduct.
- Perform additional duties as requested by boutique management to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Previous front‑of‑house, host or high‑end hospitality experience preferred for a fast‑paced luxury environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport through storytelling.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, service‑driven attitude.
- Impeccable presentation, grooming and professional deportment.
- Right to work in the UK and availability for a minimum six‑month period with flexibility to work Monday–Sunday.
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to protect client privacy.
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections; fluency in an additional language is advantageous but not mandatory.

Entry‑level internship position; candidates with prior host, front‑of‑house or high‑end hospitality experience are preferred but motivated beginners with strong customer service skills will be considered.
Education
