Christian Dior Couture in London seeks a Guest Relations Host (New Bond Street). Full‑time role focused on VIP client service and boutique guest experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and proactively greet all clients entering the New Bond Street boutique, ensuring consistent recognition of regular customers and VIPs.
- Qualify client needs, orientate visitors through the boutique and introduce relevant collections or services.
- Support the sales team by facilitating a seamless client journey, coordinating appointments and personalised services.
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison: convey Dior’s history, brand narratives and the craftsmanship behind key pieces.
- Maintain rigorous confidentiality and privacy standards when handling client information and requests.
- Remember and record client preferences and special requirements to inform future service interactions.
- Demonstrate impeccably polished manners and adapt service style to individual client expectations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support boutique operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a host or client‑facing specialist within a fast‑paced luxury retail or hospitality environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling and brand narration.
- Proven ability to deliver high standards of personalised service and anticipate client needs proactively.
- Discreet, trustworthy and able to handle confidential client information with tact.
- Availability to work full time (40 hours per week) including a rota across Monday–Sunday.
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections; fluency in a second language is preferred.

Minimum three years’ experience in a luxury retail or high‑end hospitality role with demonstrable host/client relations responsibilities and exposure to VIP clientele.
Education
