Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Global Talent Management Internship in Human Resources supporting strategic talent development initiatives across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on talent development best practices, industry trends, and competitor analysis, with measurement of program effectiveness and identification of improvement areas
- Execute detailed data analysis of talent pools to extract insights informing talent development programming
- Partner with local HR functions to drive adoption and engagement within the Global Talent Community
- Identify opportunities to build and animate Maison Talent Communities, including NEXT GEN Talent initiatives for employees up to 30 years old
- Support rollout of Group and Maison talent initiatives, including action planning following the LVMH Career Compass career development framework
- Provide animation, administrative and logistical support for global talent development programs such as the LVMH Spring Graduate Program
- Manage mobility trackers for team career discussions and support succession planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's Degree
- Strong interest in talent development and learning the field
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus
- Skilled in presentation development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or no prior professional experience required; however, strong academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is expected. Demonstrated interest in talent development through academic projects, volunteer work, or related coursework is valued.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's Degree (or equivalent postgraduate qualification).

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
