Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on talent development best practices, industry trends, and competitor analysis to measure the effectiveness of current programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform detailed data analysis of talent pools to extract insights that inform talent development programming.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to drive adoption and engagement within the Global Talent Community.
- Identify opportunities to build and animate Maison Talent Communities, such as NEXT GEN Talent for individuals up to 30 years of age.
- Support the rollout of key Group and Maison talent initiatives, including action planning following the new LVMH 'Career Compass' career development framework.
- Provide animation, administrative, and logistical support for global talent development programs, such as the LVMH Spring Graduate Program.
- Manage mobility trackers to organize career discussions and support succession planning within the organization.
