Parfums Christian Dior seeks Global Learning & Development Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Lead strategic talent development, onboarding, and performance programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the conception and deployment of a new global onboarding program, encompassing process design through full implementation and employee engagement
- Develop compelling storytelling, immersive experiences, and digital tools to embed new hires in Christian Dior's values and organizational culture
- Partner with internal expertise—Digital Learning, Culture & Transmission, Markets & Regions—to create an exclusive, high-quality onboarding experience
- Contribute to the design of Management & Leadership pathways aligned with the maison's values and Career Compass philosophy
- Pilot the complete lifecycle of LVMH House programs for Executive Managers
- Lead conception and deployment of the annual Career Week (2027 edition) across France and internationally, coordinating with markets for seamless execution
- Oversee the 2026 Pulse campaign across the maison, ensure smooth execution, and guide HR and business teams in interpreting results and implementing action plans
- Orchestrate the global performance cycle (RISE): own communication strategy from launch through campaign closure
- Monitor KPIs, deliver reporting, and animate HR and manager communities to maximize engagement rates
- Manage the RISE migration to SAP: conduct train-the-trainer sessions for the HR community and support stakeholder adoption of the new platform
- Drive content creation and quality assurance for the Dior HR chatbot, focusing on Career & Development topics
- Track and relay Group-wide learning, career, and development initiatives including programs such as MaIA for CC
- Oversee the 8-Year Review campaign for 2026–2027, manage the HR community, and monitor associated KPIs
- Provide co-management and mentorship to an intern
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in learning and development, talent management, or organizational development
- Fluent proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken
- Proven expertise in leadership development, performance management, and onboarding program design
- Demonstrated experience influencing and engaging global stakeholders across diverse functions and geographies
- Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling capabilities
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a matrix international environment
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and data-driven evaluation methodologies
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in learning and development, leadership development, or organizational development within luxury, consumer goods, or international corporate environments. Confirmed experience influencing and mobilizing global stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic regions within a matrix organizational structure.
Education
Advanced degree (Master's level or equivalent) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, or related discipline preferred; equivalent professional certifications in L&D or organizational design may substitute for formal degree requirements.
