Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Global Head of Learning & Leadership (F/H/X) to drive strategic skills and leadership development across the luxury maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a robust, innovative Learning strategy aligned with Dior's global business strategy and cultural evolution through structured needs assessment across business units and geographic zones
  • Anticipate skill gaps and design proactive competency development plans in collaboration with key organizational entities
  • Manage the complete learning value chain from partner evaluation and pedagogical design to delivery platform oversight, continuous improvement, and performance metrics for all learning modalities (in-person, digital, coaching, mentoring)
  • Lead internal teams and external training providers in the delivery of management and leadership development programs, coordinating expert interventions and monitoring participant outcomes
  • Design and execute organization-wide reskilling strategy and change management initiatives aligned with Dior's AI acceleration roadmap
  • Identify, promote, and embed expected leadership competencies and behaviors reflecting Dior's strategy and Group values
  • Select, contract, and oversee internal and external coaches; match coaches to specific situations and evaluate coaching effectiveness to develop the coaching practice and partnerships
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators across all learning and development modalities to ensure ROI and program effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent, with specialization in Human Resources, Talent Development, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of significant professional experience in Learning & Development functions, ideally in an international environment or luxury house setting
  • Extensive practical experience in training facilitation and instructional design
  • Full command of the learning value chain from needs assessment through evaluation and ROI analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to define and pilot clear strategic vision for skills and leadership development
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple hierarchical levels and internal/external audiences
  • Strong project management capability with ability to independently pilot complex initiatives from conception through execution with rigor and collaboration
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint advanced functions
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital learning tools
