Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and pilot the Learning strategy by structuring needs assessments across business units and geographic zones, developing a robust and innovative framework aligned with Dior's global strategy
  • Anticipate occupational and skills evolution across the organization, designing and implementing comprehensive competency development plans in collaboration with all entities
  • Oversee the complete Learning value chain, including identification and evaluation of external training partners, pedagogical design of online and offline programs, content distribution platforms, and continuous improvement of learning offerings and processes
  • Establish and monitor performance indicators across all Learning modalities, including classroom training, digital learning, coaching, mentoring, and other development formats
  • Manage internal teams and external providers delivering management and leadership training sessions; coordinate interventions of internal leaders and external experts; ensure participant and trainer/coach follow-up
  • Design and implement an organization-wide skills development and change management strategy aligned with Dior's AI acceleration roadmap
  • Define and promote leadership competencies and behaviors aligned with Dior strategy and Group values
  • Select and contract internal and external coaches, recommend appropriate coaches for specific situations, organize coach-coachee pairings, and ensure follow-up and evaluation of coaching effectiveness
  • Develop coaching offerings and associated partnerships across the organization

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent (Bac +5) from a top-tier business school or institution, with specialization in Human Resources, Competency Development, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of significant experience in Learning & Development functions, ideally in an international environment or within a luxury house
  • Demonstrated expertise in training facilitation and pedagogical engineering
  • Mastery of the complete Learning value chain, from needs assessment through evaluation and ROI of implemented initiatives
  • Ability to define and drive a clear vision for skills and leadership development across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities across all hierarchical levels
  • Strong project management capabilities, with proven ability to pilot complex initiatives from conception to execution with rigor and collaboration
  • Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and proactive problem-solving approach to propose innovative, business-aligned solutions
  • Acute organizational skills with demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to align cross-functional teams around shared objectives
