Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized fragrance consultations and memorable olfactory experiences to clients, emphasizing storytelling and product education
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to counter fragrance revenue through consultative selling techniques
- Maintain client relationships, develop customer loyalty programmes, and facilitate new-to-returning client conversion through dedicated CRM systems
- Monitor counter inventory levels, report discrepancies to the counter manager, and ensure adequate stock availability
- Conduct training and guidance to retail team members to enhance fragrance knowledge and client service excellence
- Maintain counter displays and merchandising standards in accordance with Dior Beauty guidelines and company operational protocols
- Execute administrative and business tasks as assigned while adhering to attendance, punctuality, and operational compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Passion for fragrance with demonstrated knowledge and perspective on perfumery
