Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, initiating customer contact, identifying needs, and proposing personalized fragrance and beauty solutions following the Dior D.I.O.R. method
• Achieve monthly retail sales targets and contribute to counter KPIs while maintaining master-level knowledge of brand, category, and competitive offerings
• Develop durable client relationships by leveraging CRM systems (Dior Connect, Ipos) to register client data, ensure reachability, and drive loyalty through targeted engagement
• Provide memorable fragrance consultation experiences with emotionally resonant storytelling, guiding clients through personalized olfactory journeys and transmitting genuine passion for fragrance
• Execute counter operations including stock level monitoring, merchandising guideline compliance, inventory displays, and cash register operations as applicable
• Maintain corporate and counter protocols regarding attendance, punctuality, and Dior grooming standards while fostering positive retailer relationships
• Contribute to fragrance events in-store or remotely and elevate team fragrance consultancy and selling skills through knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years professional retail experience in fragrance and/or luxury service industry
• B2/C1 proficiency in Swedish (local language) and mandatory English fluency, particularly for tourist-facing and premier door locations
• Demonstrated expertise in fragrance knowledge with rich vocabulary in olfactory terminology and ability to engage clients emotionally with fragrance narratives
• Proficiency in basic beauty application and comprehensive product knowledge across the Dior portfolio
• Mastery of fragrance consultation methodologies and capability to transmit genuine passion for fragrance

Skills

Experience

Ideally 2 years or more of professional retail experience in fragrance and/or the luxury service industry. Beginner-level candidates with relevant service industry background and demonstrable passion for fragrance may be considered based on local adaptation.

Education

No specific formal education requirement specified; however, fluency in Swedish (B2/C1 level) and English, combined with advanced olfactory and beauty product knowledge, is essential.
