Dior Fragrance Advisor position in Changsha, China. Deliver luxury fragrance consultations and achieve sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional fragrance consultations and personalized product recommendations to customers, creating memorable purchasing experiences
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to counter performance through expert product positioning across perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through strategic customer relationship management, including new customer recruitment and retention initiatives
- Register customer data in dedicated systems and execute targeted client engagement activities and promotional events
- Maintain counter presentation standards according to company guidelines, monitor inventory levels, and report issues to counter management
- Mentor and train team members to elevate fragrance knowledge and service standards across the counter
- Uphold all operational, administrative, and attendance requirements whilst embodying Dior beauty protocols and the brand's service ethos
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional retail or service experience, preferably in luxury goods
- Demonstrated exceptional sales performance in luxury retail environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty school certification or equivalent qualification is valued
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with excellent verbal communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of fragrances with the ability to engage customers through scent narratives
Skills
Experience
Professional retail and service industry experience; 1–2 years in luxury goods sectors is preferred. Candidates with outstanding sales achievements in luxury retail environments are prioritized. Experience with fragrance or cosmetics categories is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent, or graduation from an accredited beauty school or equivalent institution.
