Role & Responsibilities
- Support regional forecasters in the preparation and maintenance of commercial forecasts for Travel Retail Americas.
- Maintain weekly shipment, sell‑in and POS materials (PLV) tracking files and produce consumption vs. sell‑in reconciliations.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with demand planning and product managers to resolve supply or allocation issues.
- Liaise with commercial teams to follow up on availability, consumption against forecasts and to drive corrective actions.
- Extract and analyse Diorinfo catalogue updates and contribute to initial impact assessments, including PLV budget follow‑up.
- Deliver ad‑hoc analytical and operational support to cross‑functional partners (Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics, Production, Purchasing).
Qualifications
- Final‑year Master's student (Bac+4/5) or students in the second part of a gap year from a university or business school.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong numerical aptitude; comfortable with statistics, meticulous and highly organised.
- Effective interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented, positive and proactive attitude.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn; ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
