Christian Dior Couture seeks a Food and Beverage Project Manager Assistant to support the F&B team and contribute to the launch and successful opening of cafés and restaurants worldwide. Responsibilities include training programme development, operational standards, performance analysis, consumer feedback and opening-project orders. This is a full-time, six-month internship starting in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct an audit of luxury hospitality training programmes.
- Help define, develop and update training programmes for café and restaurant teams based on Dior F&B standards.
- Help define standards and processes for audits and visits.
- Support the implementation of action plans for continuous quality and service improvement.
- Contribute to the development of F&B standard operating procedures.
- Regularly benchmark luxury F&B trends and conduct competitive analysis.
- Review F&B performance through weekly KPI analyses for cafés and restaurants, including reviews and reports, and promptly flag potential issues to management.
- Analyse consumer feedback to identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Coordinate all orders required for opening projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree at a business school in Hospitality Management or a related field, or at a hospitality/F&B school.
- At least one strategic (support function) experience in hospitality/F&B.
- Understanding of the luxury and high-end sector.
- Ability to write and structure clear, readable content.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English is required.
