Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze alteration specifications by following the fitter's markings and tracings, ensuring precision in all modifications
- Disassemble garments methodically, documenting technical details to maintain consistency during reassembly
- Operate specialized sewing machinery including flat-bed piqueuses, overlocking machines, buttonhole makers, and industrial presses while maintaining equipment in optimal condition
- Reassemble garments with requested alterations, verifying that the final result precisely matches client specifications
- Press and finish garments with meticulous attention to detail, conducting thorough quality inspections for perfect fit adjustments
- Coordinate closely with fitters to establish optimal delivery timelines and consult with sales advisors to confirm client satisfaction
- Maintain workshop organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Adhere to internal workshop procedures, alteration documentation, and scheduling protocols
- Provide impeccable client service by offering expert advice on alterations and answering questions about customization options
- Collaborate with sales consultants to deliver personalized fitting experiences and ensure seamless client communication
- Track alteration progress throughout the process until the client is fully satisfied

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of documented experience in fitting and alteration within luxury retail environments
