Role & Responsibilities
- Drive industrial execution of Artistic Direction projects for small leather goods, ensuring designs transfer accurately into production.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams (design, development, production, marketing) and lead regular project-monitoring meetings with internal and external partners.
- Manage development of prototypes and samples, performing aesthetic and technical quality controls throughout development and production stages.
- Select and validate materials, colors, finishes and accessories in collaboration with designers and suppliers, maintaining consistency with brand standards.
- Establish and monitor collection development and production schedules; negotiate deadlines and costs with suppliers and service providers.
- Manage project budgets, seeking cost optimisation while preserving product quality and compliance with brand and Group standards.
- Monitor market trends, material innovations and new technologies; promote sustainable development considerations across projects.
- Identify and resolve quality issues in partnership with production teams and suppliers; escalate technical risks and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Minimum seven years’ experience in a fashion or leather goods house in coordination or project management roles (product development/industrialization).
- Degree or diploma from a fashion school or in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Product Design or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English, Italian and French — written and spoken.
- Extensive knowledge of leather types, textiles, accessories and leather-goods manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with strict deadlines, budgets and multi-stakeholder alignment.
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
- High standards of rigor, attention to detail, autonomy and initiative under pressure.

Experience
Significant prior experience of at least seven years in fashion and leather goods, ideally within a dedicated leather-goods house or luxury maison, in coordination, product development or industrialisation roles. Regular travel (notably to Italy) may be required.
Education
Degree or diploma from a fashion, industrial or product design school (Fashion Design, Industrial Design or equivalent).
