Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Media Financial Management Lead in daily tasks.
- Process invoices efficiently.
- Create purchase orders using dedicated financial tracking tools.
- Update and optimize the media consolidation tool.
- Integrate and monitor media plans within the internal media consolidation system.
- Analyze media investments by title and group using specialized tools.
- Compile advertising and editorial rankings.
- Coordinate with legal requests regarding media investments and plans by market and product.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or equivalent (Bac + 2/3).
- Autonomy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong numerical aptitude and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Familiarity with the luxury sector is advantageous.
