Christian Dior Couture — Munich: Financial Controller (VIE), 1-year contract starting Jul/Aug 2026. Support zone reporting, month-end close and budgeting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly sales performance reports for zone management and highlight trends
- Participate in month-end closing activities and validate reported figures with accounting back office
- Produce monthly reporting on revenue, stock and expenses and prepare commentary on actuals vs. budget
- Compile monthly reports required by the French parent company (LVMH)
- Support budget planning cycles and assist in creation of budget presentations
- Collaborate with department heads and budget owners to review, challenge and refine monthly expenditures and quarterly/semester forecasts
- Analyse KPIs, contribute to internal and external audits, and support ad-hoc financial control projects
- Support implementation of financial controls and participate in ad-hoc IT/finance systems projects
Qualifications
- Eligible for the VIE program: aged 18–28 and holder of French or another EU citizenship
- Available to start in July/August 2026 for a fixed one-year assignment
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles and analytical methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions while taking initiative and managing multiple priorities

Entry-level: recent graduates or early-career candidates. A first professional experience within an international group or in a similar controlling/finance role is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
