Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly financial closings for France and Monaco, ensuring accurate operational accounting and reporting using SyRUS.
  • Analyze Profit & Loss statements by boutique, focusing on margins, operational costs, financial results, and taxes.
  • Monitor all expenditure categories, including rent, capital expenditures, human resources, marketing, and operational expenses, to adhere to budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with retail and headquarters teams to construct the P&L budget for France and Monaco.
  • Develop balance sheet and cash flow budgets for France and Monaco.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management.
  • Conduct business reviews as requested by management.
  • Report and analyze weekly sales revenue.
  • Support boutique teams in performance tracking and expenditure management.
  • Prepare investment studies (Capex).

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school or a master's in finance, audit, or management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit or operational financial control.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Dynamic, curious, proactive, and autonomous. Proficiency in English. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in audit or operational financial control is required.

Education

Degree from a business school or a master's in finance, audit, or management.
