Role & Responsibilities

• Validate capital expenditure investments across all Christian Dior Parfums business units (merchandising, retail, industrial operations)
• Execute monthly financial close procedures including authorized and actual expenditure tracking, reporting, cash flow forecasting, acquisition controls, and variance analysis
• Prepare and deliver financial reporting to the Maison and LVMH Group leadership
• Consolidate and challenge budgetary data across all planning cycles (Budget/R1/R2/Rolling Forecast/3-Year Plan)
• Challenge and validate market-submitted data on retail and wholesale point-of-sale openings and renovations
• Prepare and participate in project validation committees with Maison leadership
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses including ROI assessments and profitability modeling
• Monitor monthly store and concession performance metrics
• Analyze and disseminate quarterly P&L statements across the retail network
• Consolidate and challenge operational budgetary assumptions for boutiques and concessions

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Management Accounting
• Minimum 7–9 years of progressive experience in a senior controlling role with significant internal management accounting and/or audit exposure
• Advanced proficiency in financial methodologies and strong numerical aptitude
• Demonstrated expertise with business intelligence and financial management tools, including Power BI
• Fluent English (essential)
• Recognized for exceptional attention to detail, timeliness in reporting deliverables, and clarity in financial presentation
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in matrix and international team environments

Skills

Experience

7–9 years of progressive experience in a senior controlling role with substantial exposure to management accounting and/or external audit, within a multinational or luxury goods environment. Demonstrated track record of success managing complex capital projects and retail performance metrics across multiple geographies.

Education

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Accounting, or equivalent from a recognized business school.
