Christian Dior Parfums seeks Financial Controller for Markets and Capex in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Master's degree and 7–9 years senior controlling experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Validate and approve capital expenditure investments across all Christian Dior Parfums operating divisions (merchandising, retail, industrial)
- Execute monthly financial closures, including reconciliation of authorized versus actual expenditures, cash flow forecasting, and acquisition controls
- Prepare consolidated financial reporting for both the House and LVMH Group
- Consolidate and challenge budgetary data across multiple planning cycles (annual budget, R1, R2, rolling forecasts, and three-year plans)
- Challenge market submissions and data quality on retail and wholesale point-of-sale openings and renovations
- Prepare and conduct project validation meetings with House leadership
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses including return-on-investment assessments
- Monitor and analyze monthly boutique and concession performance
- Prepare and disseminate quarterly profit-and-loss statements
- Consolidate and challenge operational budgetary data
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business school or specialized Master's in Finance or Financial Control
- Minimum 7–9 years of relevant senior controlling experience with significant internal exposure (management accounting and/or audit firm background)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial techniques and strong numerical acumen
- Proficiency with financial management systems, particularly Power BI
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, timely financial reporting
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience collaborating within matrix and international organizational structures

Experience
Minimum 7–9 years of relevant experience in a senior controlling position with substantial internal exposure to management accounting and/or audit firm engagement. Candidate should demonstrate a track record of managing capital expenditure portfolios, financial reporting, and performance analytics in international, multi-market environments.
Education
Master's degree from a business school or equivalent institution, with specialization in Finance or Financial Control recommended.
