Financial Controller – Distribution Markets at luxury perfumes house in Paris. Manage G&A, reporting, and subsidiary coordination for international BPC network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, consolidate, and challenge G&A costs (including IT and HR) across BPC subsidiaries during budget cycles, revisions, and actuals reporting (Budget/R1/R2/3-Year Plan/Actuals)
- Prepare and analyze reporting via Excel, Syrus (LVMH group consolidation tool), and Power BI, ensuring data reliability and comprehensive bridge analysis (Source of Change)
- Track and analyze BPC CAPEX in collaboration with market and Beauty Tech teams
- Guarantee establishment of comprehensive G&A bridge and the quality of financial analyses
- Participate in Business Reviews and construct global analyses and presentations for senior management and governance bodies
- Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting files to ensure process efficiency and analytical quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement and rationalization of management accounting and reporting processes
- Organize and coordinate the annual international seminar for the BPC subsidiary community
- Conduct ad hoc studies, analyses, and relevant benchmarks between reporting periods
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Management Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting or audit firm practice
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI/Power Query
- Fluent English in an international environment
- Proven experience within industrial and commercial enterprises
- Strong financial acumen and numerical discipline

Education
