Christian Dior Couture seeks a Finance Transformation Lead in Paris, France to lead SAP S/4 HANA implementation and drive financial process transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the reference point and decision authority for Record-to-Report, Purchase-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes within the SAP S/4 HANA project
- Actively contribute to the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and reporting tools, ensuring finance requirements are fully integrated
- Participate in data migration phases and systems integration testing
- Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) phases with business teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs
- Provide in-depth functional expertise to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Translate finance and regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications for IT and technical teams
- Ensure solution compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS, local GAAP) and internal policies
- Drive change management initiatives by preparing finance teams for new tools and processes
- Design and deliver training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +5 years (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school
- Minimum 10 years of equivalent experience, ideally in a transformation environment
- Expert-level proficiency in accounting principles and standards (IFRS, GAAP)
- Proven experience with SAP FI/CO
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and propose structured solutions
- Strong business acumen with customer and results orientation
- Highly organized and autonomous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years in an equivalent finance systems or transformation role, ideally within a large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation environment. Extensive background in financial process redesign, SAP platforms, and cross-functional stakeholder management is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree +5 years (Bac+5) from a recognized business school or engineering school; equivalent professional credentials in accounting or finance are acceptable.
