Parfums Christian Dior in Copenhagen seeks a Finance Student Assistant (Intern) to support Nordic controlling, reconciliations and marketing expense control.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform weekly sales reconciliations between retailers’ cash registers and Dior’s direct-to-consumer cashier systems.
- Control and approve marketing-related expenses and ensure compliance with allocated budgets.
- Monitor actuals versus forecasted marketing expenses and report variances to the Controlling function.
- Supervise cycle counts in direct-to-consumer (DTC) retail doors and support inventory integrity processes.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and models (primarily in Excel) to increase efficiency and visibility of financial data.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Nordic Controlling Manager and broader Controlling team on projects and month‑end tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Structured, organized and highly attentive to detail.
- Strong analytical aptitude and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, proactive stakeholder management and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Beginner level (internship). Candidate is expected to be a current university student with limited professional experience; prior internships in finance, controlling or retail finance are advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
