Christian Dior Couture Finance Intern in Manila, Philippines—6-month hybrid internship supporting accounts payable, audit documentation, and financial operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in review of completeness of manual books (Sales Invoices and Purchase Requisitions) before transmittal to outsourced accounting
- Follow up and verify completeness of documents for Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) audit purposes
- Monitor and follow up on vendor invoices to ensure timely payment and proper accruals
- Check and verify the correctness and completeness of claims and request documents according to company procedures
- Process expense-related payment summaries, including intercompany payments to overseas vendors, country manager travel expense reports, rental payments, and vendor payments
- Receive wrap-up reports for pending payments and issues from the accounting agency and finance team, and coordinate revisions with responsible parties and vendors
- Perform document management and filing tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, finance, accounting, or related degree program
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of accounting or finance principles and demonstrate eagerness to learn.
Education
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
