Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Finance Director to lead financial operations for the French market. Executive role in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the financial strategy for the French market in alignment with Central guidance and business priorities
  • Pilot all budget, forecast, closing, and medium-term planning processes
  • Guarantee the reliability, relevance, and transparency of financial analyses and key performance indicators
  • Support the Executive Committee in managing growth, profitability, investments, and strategic arbitrage decisions
  • Ensure rigorous oversight of P&L, cash flow, costs, margins, and principal value creation drivers
  • Serve as a trusted partner to operational and functional leadership on all performance matters
  • Challenge business assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and formulate concrete, actionable recommendations
  • Support structural decisions related to commercial development, investments, innovation, and operational model evolution across both Wholesale and Retail channels
  • Foster a culture of performance and financial accountability throughout the organization
  • Lead the financial function's transformation roadmap across the France perimeter
  • Accelerate digitalization of financial activities and evolution of management, reporting, and planning tools
  • Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and simplification levers
  • Support team capability development in a context of evolving professions and practices
  • Supervise accounting, internal control, treasury, and management control matters
  • Oversee the quality of closing procedures and reliability of financial data
  • Serve as primary stakeholder contact on financial matters relevant to the French market
  • Drive and challenge Sales Administration processes and KPIs including stock tracking, placements, stockouts, and in-stock rates
  • Mentor, unite, and develop a team of 20 collaborators based across Kosmo and Saint-Jean-de-Braye
  • Set clear direction, create conditions for high engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Evolve the organization and talent to address performance, transformation, and operational excellence challenges
  • Promote proximate, demanding, and compassionate management that encourages cross-functional work and team spirit

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in finance, management, audit, accounting, or business school
  • Minimum 15 years in senior-level financial functions, ideally in complex, demanding, and multi-activity environments
  • Proven experience managing significant teams and piloting organizations distributed across multiple sites
  • Solid experience in finance transformation, digitalization, continuous improvement, and process and tool optimization
  • Strategic vision combined with hands-on operational approach
  • Strong understanding of business challenges and results-driven orientation
  • Ability to evolve in a dynamic environment with high demands and cross-functional interaction
  • Natural leadership, credibility, influence, and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Team player with pragmatism, rigor, agility, and sound prioritization
