Finance Controller Assistant internship at Christian Dior in Milan. Join EMEA Finance team and support financial reporting and analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly and monthly internal reporting on business performance metrics
- Monitor and analyze deliverables from local accounting teams in Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Manage controlling of designated profit-and-loss line items as assigned by the Senior Finance Controller
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling workflows and procedures
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting as requested by the Chief Financial Officer and EMEA/Central Finance teams
- Support Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring activities
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Demonstrated knowledge of IFRS standards
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 suite
- Strong analytical and critical thinking mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Skills
Experience
Entry-level financial background or coursework in accounting, finance, or controlling. No professional experience required; recent graduates welcome.
Education
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
