Christian Dior Couture, Paris: 6-month Finance & Control Intern role supporting European Retail Finance operations beginning January 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and provisions during monthly closures within strict timeframes
- Participate in margin and cost analysis across European subsidiaries
- Support preparation of operational accounting closures and P&L and balance sheet reviews
- Contribute to consolidation and analysis of revised budget data for EMEA region presentations to senior leadership
- Analyze weekly revenue figures across EMEA boutique network
- Update cross-functional performance tracking files including key metrics such as sales per square meter
- Communicate with European affiliates in English regarding financial submissions and analysis
- Support month-end reporting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4–5 years or equivalent (Grande École de Commerce preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to manage complex spreadsheets and financial models
- Foundational accounting and finance knowledge
- Fluent French and fluent English
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Strong team collaboration and independent work capability
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience; recent graduates or those with limited professional background are encouraged to apply. Previous exposure to accounting or finance environments is advantageous but not essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; Grande École de Commerce (French business school) background strongly preferred. Minimum Bac+4 qualification required.
