Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage budgets for various operations within the Operational Marketing Department.
- Assist in preparing financial information in collaboration with operational teams and financial control.
- Communicate with business units and regions regarding monthly operational recharges.
- Establish market-specific provisions ahead of each Image event.
- Diligently track client expenditure files from suppliers and verify data accuracy against the guest database.
- Follow up with service providers to obtain finalized invoices, aiming to close budgets within three months post-event.
- Distribute detailed cost breakdowns per client to each subsidiary.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with SAP and Coupa is advantageous.
