Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the operational interface between internal stakeholders (creative studio, marketing, Maison contributors) and external image and sound post-production vendors, ensuring clear transmission of feedback and debriefs at each project milestone.
- Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow for film projects — from receipt of briefs to delivery of final masters — guaranteeing adherence to Dior’s quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Maintain and update internal tracking tools and project dashboards to provide a shared, reliable view of project status, deadlines and deliverables.
- Support the post-production manager in coordinating reviews, technical checks and approvals, and follow up on corrective actions until final sign-off.
- Develop autonomy in full project management: anticipate risks, adapt communications to different interlocutors and propose pragmatic solutions to production constraints.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in film production, audiovisual production, media studies, communication or a closely related discipline.
- Excellent written communication and professional rigor; demonstrable assertiveness and collaborative mindset.
- Analytical thinking, adaptability and a solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Working knowledge of post-production concepts; basic editorial familiarity with Avid or Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English (professional working proficiency required).
- Proficiency with basic Excel functions for tracking and reporting.

Entry-level internship. No prior professional experience required; candidates with academic projects, school productions or short internships in post-production will be prioritised.

Currently enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in film, audiovisual production, media, communication or equivalent.
