Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational interface between internal stakeholders (Creative & Advertising Studio, Marketing, Maison contributors) and external image and sound post-production vendors, ensuring clear transmission of feedback and debriefs at each project phase.
- Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow from brief reception to delivery of masters, monitoring deadlines and adherence to the Maison’s quality standards.
- Maintain and rigorously update internal follow-up tools (tracking files, project dashboards) to provide a single reliable view of project status for all teams.
- Support day-to-day project coordination tasks: scheduling vendor sessions, coordinating file transfers, preparing deliverables and basic quality control checks prior to distribution.
- Develop autonomy in managing complete audiovisual post-production projects by anticipating contingencies and adapting communication to varied interlocutors.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners and contribute to post-mortem debriefs and process improvements to optimise the post-production chain.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in Film, Audiovisual Production, Media, Communication, or a related discipline; available for a 6‑month, full‑time on‑site internship starting July or September 2026.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English (minimum professional/working proficiency).
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills: assertiveness, collaborative team working, professional rigour, analytical mindset, adaptability and solution orientation.
- Strong written communication and basic administrative organisation for project tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with video post‑production workflows; prior exposure to editing and finishing tools is a plus.

Beginner — suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior exposure to post-production environments or coursework using editing tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree or technical programme in Film, Audiovisual Production, Media, Communication, or equivalent vocational training.

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
