Role & Responsibilities
- Lead styling animations and sessions focused on building retail team competencies in personalized styling for menswear collections
- Provide in-boutique coaching and feedback to sales associates, conducting duo/tandem support on the boutique floor
- Animate and conduct Style Review sessions with boutique teams, sharing best practices and establishing styling standards
- Conduct styling workshops and induction programs, animating segments on styling philosophy and techniques
- Support collection launches and training sessions, highlighting styling aspects and applications of new menswear offerings
- Drive cross-selling and cross-universe initiatives (e.g., pairing fine jewellery with ready-to-wear) with retail teams
- Partner with Field Coach Trainers and merchandising teams to identify and style new or slow-moving pieces, improving sell-through rates
- Manage and oversee team contributions to cross-departmental selling and overall clienteling event support
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in fashion styling, retail management, or related luxury sector roles
- Demonstrated expertise in menswear fashion, trends, and styling methodologies
- Proven managerial or mentoring experience with ability to elevate team performance
- Comprehensive knowledge of Christian Dior collections and brand heritage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships across teams
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in fashion styling, retail coaching, team leadership, or related luxury retail environments. Prior exposure to formal styling program structures and demonstrated success in elevating retail team performance is essential.
Education
Secondary education; post-secondary qualifications in fashion, design, merchandising, or luxury retail management are advantageous but not mandatory.
