Christian Dior Couture seeks Fashion Clienteling Project Manager in Paris to orchestrate VIP client activations, fashion shows, and collection launches globally.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Client Development teams worldwide to build and implement a comprehensive fashion client activations calendar driven by fashion shows and key business moments, ensuring local relevance within a global framework
  • Define client nominations, specific targets, and KPIs per activation; conduct smart client analysis for all fashion events and monitor attendance, conversion rates, average transaction values, and turnover
  • Collaborate with Business Analysis teams to conduct client analyses and competitive benchmarking; develop departmental newsletters and identify actionable insights
  • Liaise with Business Unit teams to define product assortments and targets; coordinate with Visual Merchandising teams on impactful product setup and seamless client journeys
  • Partner with Events & Image, Dior Academy, Retail Performance, and Finance teams to ensure consistency, service excellence, staff training, sales application support, and budget/ROI monitoring across all client touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury client development or high-end client relations, ideally within Fashion or Luxury sectors
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset combined with creativity
  • Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics
  • Results-driven profile with strong sense of service excellence and brand sensitivity
