Dior Facilities Supervisor role in Milan — manage technical operations at the flagship Montenapoleone boutique with focus on luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define, activate, and monitor technical maintenance and service contracts including electrical, mechanical, fire prevention, security systems, BMS, and cleaning services
- Monitor and update preventive maintenance plans, ensuring deadlines are met and intervention reports are accurately documented
- Coordinate suppliers operationally and verify correct execution of contractual activities against agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Manage corrective maintenance and emergency interventions to maintain operational continuity
- Provide technical coordination for fittings, internal events, space reorganizations, and minor works
- Deliver technical support during in-store events and special activities with on-site presence as required
- Collaborate with project and architecture teams during work delivery, handover, and commissioning phases
- Implement mandatory periodic regulatory checks in compliance with Italian regulations
- Manage relationships with control bodies and notified authorities
- Conduct periodic audits of suppliers to ensure quality, contractual compliance, and service value
- Contribute to operational budget preparation and monitor assigned expenses against economic objectives
- Analyze and validate supplier quotations for technical and economic consistency
- Participate in defining maintenance capital expenditure and draft technical specifications
- Verify alignment between quantity surveys, approved offers, and works executed on-site
- Monitor budget variances and report critical issues with proposed corrective actions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar Facility or Maintenance roles
- Demonstrated experience in high-end retail or hospitality environments
- Preferred background in the luxury sector
- In-depth knowledge of Italian technical and safety regulations
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Excel
- Strong planning and reporting capabilities
- Fluent English proficiency

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in facilities management or maintenance roles, preferably in high-end retail or luxury hospitality sectors. Strong knowledge of Italian technical and safety regulatory frameworks is essential.
