Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Facilities & Maintenance Technician apprenticeship (12–24 months) in logistics distribution. Hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility installations and electrotechnical systems to ensure operational continuity
- Maintain facilities, furniture, and grounds; oversee automotive and materials handling equipment inventory and conduct minor repairs and renovations
- Ensure continuous compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards and regulations
- Support external contractors and contribute to the development of safety prevention plans
- Provide technical support to maintenance technicians and participate in the drafting of intervention reports
- Monitor spare parts inventory and control parts tracking
- Oversee vendor service budgets, propose organizational and technical improvements, and supervise contractor performance against contractual terms
- Advise support services on project implementations and participate in internal audits and corrective action plans
- Attend monthly meetings with external partners and contractors alongside management
- Conduct technical surveillance on equipment and facility solutions
Qualifications
- Electrical qualification (habilitation électrique) mandatory
- Current pursuit of or equivalent to BTS Maintenance qualification
- Proficiency with standard office software
- Strong written communication skills
- Customer-service orientation and team collaboration
- Technical curiosity and proactive approach
