Christian Dior Couture Executive Trainer, Seoul — elevate retail excellence through training and coaching.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize, deliver, and monitor training programs for retail teams according to established schedules
- Deliver corporate training and development activities aligned with global brand standards and House values
- Conduct regular boutique visits to assess training needs, observe performance, and provide on-the-job coaching feedback
- Follow up closely on retail performance outcomes to identify improvement areas and provide ongoing developmental support
- Organize and deliver field coaching sessions to ensure new hires and managers apply training on the sales floor
- Nurture category expertise and styling skills to enhance the depth and impact of field coaching
- Monitor service and sales KPIs by analyzing outcomes and identifying areas for further development
- Act as a strategic business supporter by aligning training action plans with retail business directions and strategic goals
- Partner with central teams to refine training materials and optimize programs for local market needs
- Guarantee the application of House standards and procedures in accordance with brand strategy and core values
- Maintain training administrative records and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail including training responsibilities
- Luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to inspire and motivate people to embrace and deliver brand values
