Christian Dior Couture Executive Trainer position in Seoul, South Korea. Design and deliver retail training programs across the Asia Pacific region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize, deliver, and monitor training programs and projects aligned with the global training schedule for retail teams
- Develop and execute corporate training programs and development activities in accordance with global guidance and House standards
- Conduct regular boutique visits to assess training needs, evaluate performance, and provide on-the-job coaching and feedback
- Design and facilitate field coaching sessions to ensure new hires and managers successfully apply training on the sales floor
- Monitor retail performance outcomes and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and drive excellence
- Align training action plans with retail business directions and strategic goals to support business objectives
- Nurture category expertise and styling skills to enhance the depth and impact of field coaching activities
- Partner with central teams to refine training materials and optimize programs to better suit local market needs
- Follow up and manage training administrative tasks to ensure program completion and documentation
- Ensure consistent application of House standards, procedures, and brand strategy across all boutique locations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, including demonstrated training experience
- Luxury retail background preferred
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, including documented training responsibilities. Luxury retail experience is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate capability to travel frequently to various retail locations across the Asia Pacific region to conduct on-site coaching, training needs assessments, and performance observations.
