Christian Dior Couture — Paris: Executive Assistant to Marketing Director (on-site) supporting International Client Marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's daily agenda and coordinate interactions with internal departments and external partners.
- Plan and organise all internal and external meetings (digital and in-person), prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items.
- Support preparation of key presentations and templates for the Marketing team, ensuring brand-aligned formatting and typographic consistency.
- Coordinate travel logistics including itinerary, accommodation and required documentation; manage travel-related follow-ups with the Director.
- Provide operational support to the Marketing team: schedule one-to-one meetings, track team availability (travel, leave) and maintain workplace logistics (supplies, vendor hotlines).
- Act as a proactive problem-solver to unblock day-to-day issues and ensure smooth team operations.
- Contribute to transversal projects across the department and accompany the Director on occasion for Maison events or international travel.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business, Communications or equivalent from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management, with demonstrable project coordination experience.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills; diplomatic, resilient under pressure, autonomous and adaptable.
- Sensitivity to luxury brand codes, product and retail environments; professional discretion and polished interpersonal manner.

Experience
At least 5 years supporting senior executives, preferably within luxury fashion, marketing or a comparable corporate environment, with hands-on experience in calendar management, travel coordination and cross-functional project support.
Education
Master's degree in Business, Communication or equivalent (Bac +5)
