Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the International General Management: manage calendar, expense reports and executive travel arrangements.
- Collect, analyse and synthesise information to prepare decision-ready documents and Excel analyses for senior leadership.
- Organise meetings, seminars and ad-hoc events; draft minutes and produce polished presentations for executive forums.
- Administer team IT access and shared resources; act as the point of contact for internal partner services.

Qualifications
- University-level degree (undergraduate or higher).
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a role combining administrative management and operational project coordination, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proven stakeholder management and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- High professional integrity, meticulous attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving ability.
