Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks a Senior Executive Assistant (contract) to support department leadership — CDD, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage senior executives' agendas, travel arrangements and expense reporting to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Compile, analyse and present information (data consolidation, Excel analyses) to support decision-making and prepare ad hoc presentations and meeting packs.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, seminars and team events including minutes, logistics and follow-up actions.
- Administer team shared resources and network access rights; liaise with internal IT and service providers as required.
- Oversee the team's operational budget in partnership with financial controllers — supplier selection, purchase orders, quotes and invoice monitoring.
- Act as primary interface with internal partner services to ensure timely transmission and coordination of information.
- Monitor and follow up operational projects and support cross‑functional coordination to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Design and animate team-building activities and convivial moments to foster cohesion and engagement.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree (university level).
- Minimum 10 years' experience in administrative support combining executive assistance and operational project coordination.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across internal functions in a complex corporate environment.
- Exemplary integrity, discretion and professional rigour with acute attention to detail.
