Parfums Christian Dior seeks an experienced Executive Assistant in Neuilly-sur-Seine to support senior leadership with schedule management, project coordination, and strategic administrative support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedule, expenses, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Analyse and synthesise information, prepare executive briefs, compile data, and create Excel analyses to facilitate management decision-making
- Coordinate organisation of meetings, seminars, and ad hoc presentations; draft minutes and format presentation materials
- Manage team network access, shared resources, and IT administration
- Oversee team budget compilation and vendor management, including supplier orders, quotations, and invoicing in collaboration with accounting
- Monitor and report on operational project status
- Serve as primary liaison between the department and internal partner departments
- Organise team activities, team-building events, and engagement initiatives, including market visits
Qualifications
- University-level education (Bac+3 minimum)
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite, email systems, and SAP
- Fluent in English
- Proven ability to work with demanding, high-level executives
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational rigour
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years in a combined administrative and operational project coordination role, ideally supporting senior management or within a luxury environment.
Education
University-level qualification (Bac+3 or equivalent); additional training in office management or business administration is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
