Christian Dior Couture, Paris: Executive Assistant – Artistic Direction internship. Support the design studio and coordinate show logistics in this 6-month opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Artistic Director's personal assistant with daily administrative task management and office coordination
- Process and track purchase orders using Dior Order software and manage order documentation
- Coordinate logistics and studio operations, particularly during show and collection periods
- Manage and monitor inventory of show materials (masks, candles, and other items)
- Track express courier deliveries and internal logistics (Top Chrono, DHL, and in-house services)
- Collect and fulfill the Artistic Director's administrative and operational requests
- Oversee setup and site arrangements during fashion shows and events
- Coordinate show guest information and VIP liaison requirements through digital platforms
- Develop and maintain administrative tools, including databases and tracking systems
- Manage general supplies and office maintenance (intendance) for the Creative Direction department
- Analyze current workflows and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management or equivalent from a recognized university or business school
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software
- Fluent in English and French (both languages mandatory)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Demonstrated discretion and commitment to confidentiality
- Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Flexibility and adaptability to varied tasks
- Student currently enrolled in a university or school programme (internship convention required)
